Our journey
Go Ignite didn't start as a plan on a whiteboard. Each step came from a problem our clients kept hitting, until the obvious answer was one team running the whole thing.
Where it started
Pierre founded Go Recruit to place managed offshore professionals with businesses in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Canada. It worked, and it showed us exactly why some placements didn't: the client had no system for the person to work inside.
Lesson: people need systems
Then the United States
Pierre co-founded NexaWorks to do the same for US businesses, with managed offshore teams working US hours.
Lesson: the model works across time zones
The specialists
Clients kept hitting the same problems, so a specialist brand followed for each one. Each did its job well, but clients had to work out how the pieces fitted together.
